Our Story
CarDeal365 was built to solve a problem the team saw first-hand: Japanese used car export businesses running on spreadsheets, disconnected messaging threads, and manual follow-ups across auctions, stockyards, shipping, and paperwork. Instead of forcing exporters to adapt to generic dealership software, CarDeal365 was designed around the actual sequence of an export deal, from auction bid to vehicle handover.
The first version of the product covered the basics: a shared record of what was bought, where it sat in the yard, and whether documents were ready to ship. It grew from there by watching where exporter teams kept losing time — buyer follow-up going cold, stockyard status living in someone's head, shipment paperwork chased at the last minute — and building the workflow controls to close those specific gaps rather than adding generic features for their own sake.
That focus has stayed narrow on purpose. The platform is built for Japan-based exporters, not the broader auto retail market, and features are prioritized based on real workflow gaps reported by the exporters already using it across multiple countries.
